By accessing and using Crypto World Market ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. 2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
• Complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. KYC and AML Compliance

In compliance with UK regulations, we require all users to complete identity verification (KYC). We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. We implement Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and may report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.

5. Trading Services

Our platform provides cryptocurrency trading services subject to the following:

• All trades are subject to a 1% trading fee
• Minimum deposit: $100 USD
• Maximum deposit: $50,000 USD per transaction
• Maximum withdrawal: $30,000 USD per transaction
• Deposits and withdrawals require manual admin approval
• We do not guarantee the availability of any specific cryptocurrency

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made via bank transfer to our designated account. You must upload a valid receipt for verification. Withdrawals are processed manually and may take 1-5 business days. We reserve the right to reject any deposit or withdrawal request that does not comply with our policies or applicable regulations.

7. Fees and Charges

We charge a 1% fee on all cryptocurrency trades. Additional fees may apply for deposits, withdrawals, or other services, which will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice.

8. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. Prices are highly volatile and can result in substantial losses. You should only invest what you can afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not provide investment advice.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities or money laundering
• Manipulate market prices or engage in fraudulent trading
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated trading bots without our written permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including logos, trademarks, and software, is owned by Crypto World Market Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crypto World Market Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or as required by law. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and may request withdrawal of your funds subject to our verification procedures.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
