How It Works
- • Backend fetches top 250 coins from CoinGecko every 5 minutes
- • Prices are stored in memory as snapshots (prev/curr)
- • Frontend interpolates between snapshots every 30 seconds for smooth updates
- • This creates the illusion of real-time updates without excessive API calls
- • Check "Seconds Since Update" - it should reset to 0 every 5 minutes
